YES! The release of this beta version has been launched later than we anticipated due to a number of technical challenges. We are dedicated to updating this website regularly with important information for our customers.
Can I buy an item off of this website?
Not yet, but we're working on it. The website currently has full e-commerce capabilities, but is still in the final testing stages. We have a huge inventory and direct access to millions of different part numbers, so our plan is to start very small with a few popular items.
Are all of your products listed?
No, our "inventory" listed on this website is really just to give our customers a general idea of what we have to offer. Since our e-commerce is in its infancy stages, we only have a small subset listed of our total parts offerings. Our in-house database is extensive and we enjoy access to virtually millions of parts numbers. Gradually, as we launch our e-commerce department, we will begin to add specific products and parts numbers along with the ability to purchase them directly off our website and have them shipped to you. Until that time, please contact our Parts Specialists for help selecting the correct part for your application.
Should I create a login account now?
We suggest creating a login account now even though we do not have any of our inventory listed. Creating an account will enter you into our database and enable you to be the first online customers to receive important information regarding special pricing or discounts. A 'Sign up here' link can be found after clicking on the Client Log-In button in the upper right corner.
How effective are the search features?
Both search features are quite effective for quickly navigating to the product of your choice. At this time, we prefer the 'search by keyword' tool. The 'search by brand' is also excellent, but unfortunately at this time we can only link one brand to an item. Until we further breakdown the products we suggest utilizing the keyword function.
