On October 20, 2008 Holset Turbo Technologies, in collaboration with their authorized distributor network, launched a counterfeit awareness initiative to alert their customers of the piracy plaguing the turbocharger industry. Holset has taken an aggressive step toward stopping this dangerous practice in its tracks via legal action, publicity and education.

Holset is asking all of their customers to "insist on genuine."
